Colby Hammond was born and raised in Arizona and it will forever be home. Colby loves working with people and has always had her hands in customer service. She also has a strong passion for the environment and travel. She dreams to one day combine her passions to impact the industry for the better. Preserving culture, being aware of your ecological footprint and the impact you have on people are some of the most important aspects of travelling for her. She grew up camping, hiking, and hunting which created a love for remote and off the beaten path destinations. If there is opportunity for adventure she is all in!

 

Colby graduated from Arizona State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Development and Management with a focus on sustainability. During her senior year, she was interning at Camelback Odyssey and was able to experience first-hand how the agency handled the pandemic. She worked at a hotel before coming back to Camelback Odyssey as a travel advisor. She is so excited to have the opportunity to plan unforgettable experiences and create memories that will last a lifetime.

 

She has gotten the chance to visit both Canada and Mexico, but cannot wait to see what adventures lie ahead. Her destination wish list just keeps getting longer and longer!
