We are using Camelback Travel as a travel management firm because they negotiate group pricing on our behalf. Whether or not you particpate in the Pre or Post Cruise Soleyn package, Camelback Travel will assist you with your travel planning including air, transfers, hotel, and travel insurance.

Airfare
Camelback Travel can help you with airline reservations for a minmal fee of $50 per person or you may handle your own airline reservations. We recommend you arrive on June 16th to ensure an on time departure for the cruise which embarks at 6:00PM on June 17th.

Transfers
The airport in Rome is approximately 50 kilometers (31 miles) from the cruise port. The negotiated group rates for transfers through Camelback Odyssey Travel, however, will save you both time and money.

Insurance
It is highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. The price of the insurance will be based on the total price of your trip and the ages of the passengers. The travel insurance will cover your entire trip including air, car, hotel, and tours in addition to the cruise.
