Dream Trip: A weekend in the remote region of northeastern Tasmania, starting off in the town of Launceston with a private helicopter ride over the untouched landscape. Then two days sampling Tasmanian wine and enjoying the company of "true blue" Aussies, who cook up wild Pacific salmon on an outdoor campfire. Evenings are spent spotlighting in a covered SUV, in search of Tasmania's real locals: wombats, platypuses, possums, and even Tasmanian devils.
